Get to Know Jody Pollack
Smoke and Sawdust
Smoke and sawdust. What do these two words have in common? Well, glad you asked. They are the results of the efforts of Jody Pollack. Jody, is a woodworker specializing in Judaica and smaller gifts. He is also a retired rocket scientist and currently the Executive Director of the Atlanta Kosher BBQ Festival as well as a competitive BBQ Brisket chef.
Jody makes Cutting Boards, Challah Boards, Napkin holders, Mezuzahs and Menorahs out of locally sourced wood and sustainable woods.
